Why a Kickstarter and what are we offering

On May 22, 2019 at 8:00 PM EST, we will be launching our 10mm & 28mm Chaos/Infernal Dwarf & Hobgoblin Kickstarter campaign.

We believe that Kickstarter is the best way to get this first project off the ground.

For years, we have wanted a Chaos Dwarf army and this has allowed us to bring our unique feel to it. We have bought two 3D resin printers, a vulcanizer, a kiln, supplies, and a workspace.

We are engaged in this as a full time job. This Kickstarter will allow us to continue with other projects and ensure us the ability to deliver the miniatures to you in a timely manner, regardless of any issues that may arise.

Plus, we will be offering a bunch of freebies and stretch goals as exclusives. We will be making the miniatures in metal. We hope you're happy with them.

The products will also be available after the Kickstarter albeit at a higher cost on our online store.

Gangfight Games specializes in fast and fun tabletop battle games, such as Blackwater Gulch and Mechadrome.

Kaha Miniatures are inspired by the Heroic Fantasy Universe, manga, science fiction ect.

Mierce Miniatures is a well-established company that produces extremely high quality polyurethane resin miniatures for the Darklands wargame as well as the BaneLegions miniature range and the Templar's Forge hobby and accessories range.

Darklands is a wargame set in a fantasy world not too different from our own. Set in the year 650 AD, Darklands combines various fantastical and historical elements found in northwest Europe in the so-called 'Dark Ages' in a wargame that is intuitive, fresh and interesting. Much of its setting will be known to fantasy wargamers everywhere, and thus be very easily accessible. It also has the biggest gribblies you'll see in any 32mm scale wargame!

The BaneLegions are a range of brilliantly detailed 32mm scale miniatures intended for generic fantasy or science fiction wargames, role-playing games and miniature collections, although they can be used for Darklands of course. Comprising the human-sized BaneLords - perfect for characters or nobles - and the BaneBeasts, invariably huge resin monsters intended to become the centrepiece armies, the BaneLegions could form a classic part of your miniature collection or perhaps your next amazing hobby project!

The components for each individual miniature we make in resin or metal are available for you to buy either from the Components section or when you look at each miniature's page, but if you can't see them that simply means we've not added them to the webstore yet. Simply contact us using the online form and ask us to make the components you want available!

'Mierce' is the Old English word for the kingdom of Mercia, which existed during the period of history known as the Dark Ages within central England. As our team resides in a part of present-day Mercia, Nottinghamshire, we thought it would accurately reflect both where we are from and our long history!

'Mierce' should be pronounced 'MER-sha'.
