Warmill was founded by Harry and Ed, Warmill has been producing lasercut MDF terrain kits for gamers since 2010!. With an emphasis on sci-fi and near future terrain and accessories, the Warmill universe is inspired by cyberpunk, dystopia, 2000AD and satirical visions of a future world that is far too believable for comfort.

We design products that look good and add depth and flavour to the tabletop, because we believe that games should be about more than just rolling dice, they should be about the stories we tell.

Warmill is the brainchild of Ed and Harry, 2 friends who studied Modelmaking at University and wanted to make something a bit different. Starting back in 2010 with a range of engraved acrylic bases inspired by graphic design rather than the more traditional basing style, Warmill has always aimed to make things that are a little bit different.

Warmill's terrain range is driven by the ethos that terrain should be more than just a box; whether it's interesting structures or elements that help tell a story about the world the terrain belongs to, it should always add more to the battlefield than a simple obstacle.

For 2016 Warmill is taking its first steps into game design with the board game Space_Kaboom!, designed from a desire to create a simple but elegant combat game as an antidote to bloated and complicated rulesets.
