3D Alien Worlds, An avid wargamer since my early teens in the UK, I now live and work in Japan in web design and marketing. The wargaming hobby in Japan is still in its early stages right now, so I've always felt a need to introduce this great hobby to Japanese people wherever and whenever possible.

I started a wargaming club called KitaQGamers (named after my city, Kitakyushu) back in 2005, and have continued to enjoy monthly events here at my home since then, mostly catering to fans of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantasy Battle. One of my great pleasures is setting up gaming tables ahead of the events, using terrain to evoke a real sense of story and atmosphere.
That desire to create and explore new worlds has led me to create some memorable wargaming terrain pieces over the years, and with recent advances in 3D printing technology (not to mention much-reduced cost!), it seemed only natural to offer some of my creations to other fans of xenos worlds.
I hope you enjoy these terrain prints as much as I have enjoyed making them!
Antediluvian Miniatures is a small company producing 28mm scale miniatures inspired by retro science fiction, fantasy and niche genres. It is the brainchild of Figure Painter Andrew Taylor, who wanted to produce a range of high quality unique figures from his favorite genres. The core values of Antediluvian Miniatures are; Make people happy by making cool Toys. Andrew is the brains of the operation, with the insights into gaming, lost worlds and a head brimming with ideas for more miniatures, he is assisted by Potter & Artist Vicky Stonebridge who handles the boring grown up stuff like admin. Their trusty collie dog, ‘Lobo’ has the role of quality control, security and company moral. The team is based in the North West Scottish highlands, where the cold, wet climate is offset by inspiring scenery, a loch view and a friendly local village post office who handles shipping of hordes of dinosaurs and demons with great efficiency.
So what do we do? Andrew comes up with the concepts and ideas, then commission’s brilliant sculptors such as John Dennet, Matthew Bickley, Shane Hoyle, Iain Mountain, Paul Hicks, Andrew May and others. We then get these put into moulds by third party companies, then cast up and sent to us so we can surround ourselves with all the lovely metal and resin before sharing the love through our web sales. Bell Miniatures 28mm fantasy dwarfs project is our second project and will produce a set of seven high quality metal (94% tin) and resin Dwarf miniatures.
All the miniatures have been traditionally sculpted in green stuff to be suitable for 28mm scale gaming, so will be approximately 23mm to the top of their heads.
Black Cat Bases provide a rapidly growing range of metal gothic horror figures, metal pirate miniature, metal base inserts and metal accessories and oddities! We also make a range of resin bases in round and square in a variety of sizes and large and small resin scenery. All items are supplied unpainted, the painted examples are simply to give an idea of what things could look like and to show up the details of the pieces. Miniatures without integral bases are supplied with a round base in pack sizes up to 10, larger pack sizes, base inserts and miniatures with integral bases are not supplied with plastic bases, however these can be purchased from us cheaply if required. This allows us to produce these products at a cheaper cost.
We have a licence to produce Moonfleet Miniatures range of Figures owned by Rees Winter. There are lots of figures in this range that have never been seen now that we have the new site these will be rapidly appearing.
We have the licence to produce Little Green Man Models range of scenery owned by Doug Harrold. Currently a lot of the large items in this range are out of production as the moulds are old and need replacing, we will gradually replace them over time, if there is something specific you are looking for then please do let us know.
We have recently acquired vac forming facilities and so very soon our own vac formed scenery will be online!
