1st Corps is owned by Brothers Simon and Michael Curtis. We have been wargaming and collecting for over 20 years and are fascinated by all periods.

Our aim is to offer products of the highest quality, detail and authenticity that are also great value and backed up by fast and friendly customer service.

Every figure comes complete with all the weapons, shields etc it needs.

Variation We try to put as much of it in our packs as possible our figure packs contain upto 8 different figures.

Command packs and standard packs all contain an even number of figures, no more annoying missing or left over figures.

We cast all our products here in Yorkshire in lead free pewter.

We live in Snaith, a small rural market town located 20 miles south of York in the north of England.

Simon- is the full time member of the team. He does the mold making, casting, dispatch and is responsible for some of the figures you can see on this site. . When not busy with that lot he likes going to the cinema, having a pint and game of darts down at the local hostelry. He also enjoys being taken for a walk by his golden retrievers, Rebel and Cadet

Michael- is also responsible for many of the painted figures on the site as well as product planning and dispatching orders. Mick swears he has no time for anything else! But we know he likes to travel and have a beer down the local hostelry playing darts, and has even been seen down the local gym the next day trying to make amends!

Blitzkrieg Miniatures are producers of 3d Printed, 1/56 scale, 1/48 scale, 1/72 and 15mm scale tanks for the war gaming community.

Empress Miniatures was established in 2008, originally by two 'war-games widows' of two wargaming husbands. Although the Empress team is still the same things have moved on significantly and the menfolk are a lot more involved these days.

One thing that has not changed is our company policy to research, design, develop and sell the highest quality products that we can. This is across all of our ranges of figures, vehicles and terrain as well as products that we sell on behalf of other companies.

Starting with our first range, The 1879 Zulu War, we now have large and developing ranges covering the Spanish Civil War, Jazz Age Imperialism of the Inter War years, English Civil War, Maori Wars, Abyssinia, WW1, WW2, Vietnam, Indian Mutiny and Ultra Modern. Added to these are ranges that we carry for other companies that compliment our own ranges. All of our ranges get frequently added to and it is our company plan to never ever 'finish' a range but rather constantly add to our lines to expand and refresh them.

Eureka Miniatures UK Launched on 5th September 2019, Eureka Miniatures UK are delighted to be the new agent for Eureka Miniatures and AB Figures in the UK & Europe.

My interest in miniature figures started way back when I was around 8 years old. I was introduced to Dungeons and Dragons and became fascinated by the figures, made by such manufacturers as Ral Partha which at the time I painted up really badly but fell in love with it. At the same sort of time I also became interested in war gaming – particularly WW2 which has been my passion ever since, becoming an avid watcher of the old classic war films and buying the comics of the time such as Warlord, Battle etc (I still have some of the annuals). Using what I’ve learnt over the years and now with the wealth of resources available both online and in picture form I decided to produce my own range of 28mm wargames figures, starting with German Fallschrimjägers. I felt that a lot of the white metal sculpts out there were very generic and I wanted to offer a premium product that is different to what is currently available. I looked into how I could create a range using the best sculptors and casters within the UK and luckily found Griffin Moulds. I believe that this new range of figures is the best out there and I hope you will see this too!
