Darklands is a wargame set in a fantasy world not too different from our own. Set in the year 650 AD, Darklands combines various fantastical and historical elements found in northwest Europe in the so-called 'Dark Ages' in a wargame that is intuitive, fresh and interesting. Much of its setting will be known to fantasy wargamers everywhere, and thus be very easily accessible. It also has the biggest gribblies you'll see in any 32mm scale wargame!
The BaneLegions are a range of brilliantly detailed 32mm scale miniatures intended for generic fantasy or science fiction wargames, role-playing games and miniature collections, although they can be used for Darklands of course. Comprising the human-sized BaneLords - perfect for characters or nobles - and the BaneBeasts, invariably huge resin monsters intended to become the centrepiece armies, the BaneLegions could form a classic part of your miniature collection or perhaps your next amazing hobby project!

'Mierce' is the Old English word for the kingdom of Mercia, which existed during the period of history known as the Dark Ages within central England. As our team resides in a part of present-day Mercia, Nottinghamshire, we thought it would accurately reflect both where we are from and our long history!
'Mierce' should be pronounced 'MER-sha'.

High quality aftermarket decals for scale models. Mike Grant Decals’ range of water-slide decals have excellent registration, colour density and thin carrier film. And most come with placement/painting instructions. The decals respond well to mild decal solvents such as MicroSol/MicroSet.
The majority of the sets screen-printed just like conventional kit and after-market sheets. But a small number produced on an ALPS printer. The main difference between these and regular decals is that the carrier-film covers the whole sheet. This means that each decal must cut out individually. Although there’s no need to cut exactly around the edge of the decal. Just trim slightly outside of the decal image.
Milicast Model Company are probably the longest continuous manufacturers of 1:76/20mm model resin kits in the world.
Resin cast scale models were pioneered in the seventies by Eric Clark (ECM) and passed on to Milicast in 1985. Since then we have continued to be in the vanguard of progress and innovation in this scale and were one of the first manufacturers to introduce Polyurethane resins to AFV reproduction.
Over the years we have built up a pool of experience, which with our Master Pattern Makers, has allowed us to build both the popular AFVs, but also many of the unusual types often neglected by the plastic kit manufacturers in this scale.
We now have what is widely accepted as the largest range of quality resin cast 1:76/20mm Scale Model kits, Figure sets and Conversions of WWII subjects, available anywhere in the world.
Our aim has always been to build as accurate a model as possible using all available research material, including original vehicles where possible, and the worldwide resources of M.A.F.V.A. If new data becomes available we will update our "master" at the earliest possible opportunity to further improve the model. That's something that the mass produced plastic kit manufacturers just don't do!
In late 2004 we started our Battlefield Series in response to repeated customer requests to make available models which, although simplified in their construction and suitably robust, would retain the Milicast standard of high level accuracy and fine detail but be suitable for both Gamers and Collectors. We believe that we offer that quality alternative. This is an expanding range with "off the shelf" availability at competitive prices. As a result some Milicast Premiere Range kits will in future be superseded by their Battlefield Series equivalents whilst others will continue to be available in both ranges. New models will however be added to both ranges.

Minairons Miniatures is a recently created Catalan company, whose birth date backs to September 2012 and is aimed at producing multiscale, fast assembly, quality miniatures for wargaming and collecting generally in hard plastic, but also in resin.
Minairons The company has been christened as Minairons Miniatures in behalf of the mysterious faeric beings of that name, who are reported to live in the deepest valleys of the Catalonian and Andorran Pyrenees range. Such legendary minairons are said to be minute, winged beings moving in dense, fearsome swarms. As with a number of similar beings of other cultures, minairons enjoy a dual, ambiguous nature; so that meeting them can mean for you a durable blessing or a fatal doom, even your death.
Such are the creatures we have entrusted our fate on, such is our bid.
Minairons Miniatures' ranges will usually have a close relationship with the military history of the Iberian Peninsula nations logically, with a special accent on Catalonia itself, where the brand is born. Following such core idea, our starting range consists of a selection of Spanish Civil War fighting vehicles, mainly those with a wider use in other Inter-war conflicts, or even Early World War II.
These are to be released first in 1/56 scale 1/72 scale 1/100 scale 1/144 scale and 1/600 scale, which are to be developed nearly altogether. Thanks to the CAD design techniques we use in prototyping, we shall be able to export our ranges into 1:56th scale too although at a slightly later stage, once ensured the firm has consolidated enough for such exciting endeavour.

Mithril Miniatures was founded in 1987 and has been dedicated to creating metal miniature figures, inspired by Middle earth as portrayed by J.R.R. Tolkien in his books, 'The Hobbit' and 'The Lord of the Rings'. It has been our mission to faithfully recreate the characters from these books and imbue the miniatures as much as possible with the atmosphere and feel of Middle-earth. Our figures are not created from any of the films based on JRR Tolkien's books.
To this end much painstaking research has gone into this range, both in costume and character appearance, so as to make and retain an authentic and consistent feel to the figures and above all to remain true to Tolkien's original vision of his strange and magical world.
A lot of work has also gone into new production methods to minimise shrinkage and distortion which follows most other metal miniature manufacturer. Also worth mentioning is our special undercoat which we paint most of our figures with.
We celebrated 30 years in business in 2018 and have to date created approximately 700 figures from Middle-earth. This is the largest collection in the world of miniatures based on JRR Tolkien books. Initially our figures were created for Iron Crown Enterprise's game called Middle-earth. In the 1990's we separated from them when they got into financial trouble. Since then we have created 100s of miniatures all inspired by Tolkien’s books. Many of the discontinued miniatures are now collectors items sometimes making over €1000 in auctions.
Our Designer Chris Tubb was born in 1952 in Hertfordshire, England and from an early age was interested in drawing and model making. He studied sculpting and painting at the Camden institute and has been a full-time designer and model maker since 1978. He has designed the entire Mithril series to date which he began in 1987. He likes to design in many scales but his favorites are 1/35 and the 1/56 scale which is Mithril’s own. His work has a naturalistic and distinctive style. He lived and worked in Ireland for many years but currently lives in the U.K. with his five children.
