Aotrs Shipyards is a webstore on Shapeways.com, a 3D print house which had production and shipping facilities located in the USA and the Netherlands.

This month we have the Marder 1A3 in 144th.

As with the 1A1 and 1A2, there is a version with the MILAN dismounted.

      MG144-G07B.1 Marder 1A3 (no MILAN)

There is also a sprue of spare turrets available (six MILAN, six without MILAN) for the 1A3 here:

If there is interest, I can quickly knock-up similar sprues for the 1A1 and 1A2 (or versions with all of one or other variants etc).

Photo is in the currently-beta testing HP grey strong and flexible.

Despite the mottled appearance, the surface finish is a little bit smoother than WSF, and the details are slightly sharper. From all our tests thus far, it seems to be otherwise pretty much like WSF in the other respects. The current price-point in beta suggests that it will be about a quid (or whatever that translates to in your currency, not far about one to one these days!) more expensive than WSF. At that, and even if it is more expensive on release, it is likely to be a good alternative to the more expensive frosted detail materials.

Next month, back on typical track and with no outstanding commissions, we should be getting back to a more normal schedule. Nominally, I am looking at perhaps the T-80U.

      Shapeways, Aotrs Shipyards
