Fenryll Miniatures

Fenryll Miniatures was created in 1991 for wargames and role-playing players it markets resin figurines to assemble and paint and offers the service of molding your prototypes.

The company was founded in 1991 by Thierry Crabouliet, sculptor, figurinist and salesman, then a student.

From the start, Fenryll chose the so-called food resin for the production of the figurines, setting itself apart from its competitors who generally favored lead, thus becoming the first French company of fantastic resin figurines. The original choice of resin has a double advantage: better rendering of details in addition to dynamic possibilities in the sculpture, but also competitive prices.
Fenryll also offers services in everything related to sculpture and resin casting of sculpted models. A club was founded allowing amateurs to benefit from new figurines.

The first pieces produced declined a general fantastic universe in large sizes, then from 1996 the brand focused mainly on 28mm miniatures compatible with the multiple wargames existing on the market.

The artistic choices are part of fairly classic medieval-fantastic representations, close to the literature of Tolkien or Moorcock (dwarves, elves, various monsters). The female characters are however the object of a particular attention which made the success of certain ranges. The links with the world of role-playing games are claimed by the existence of a series of adventurers of both sexes. Each character is then represented at different times of his existence, which reflects the evolution of his experience
