Here are just a few background comments to enable us to share with you what we are all about. As a young boy I would spend rainy days and punishment time confined to my room. Luckily I had a large hardwood floor area where I would set up my plastic soldiers and their equipment. I would grab my trusty RBG (RUBBER BAND GUN) and fire at each side in turn until there was an obvious winner. First toy soldiers were about 1/48 scale and took up some space. I eventually started buying 1/72 scale soldiers due to cost. A person can get around 50 soldiers for around $5. Smaller scale plastic models are less expensive than larger scales generally.
Still great fun with a RBG. One problem is, while less expensive than larger scale models, 1/72 models are not cheap or especially durable. Plastic models are best for display and study but hard to play with. Paper model vehicles seem to be the best solution. As soon as you have the file you can print and build one or a dozen. Of course the durability not affected (aside from paper being more flexible and easier to repair) and replacement easily accomplished. There certain level of artistic interpretation to these models and they are only intended to facsimiles of actual vehicles. Kids enjoy them and it is still a good rainy day activity.
