As of Sept 2012, we are the owners and manufacturers of the Raiden line of 1/285 aircraft. We are also distributors of Scotia-Grendel (Scotia) lines of historical miniatures, but we only stock some of the 1/300 ‘Collectair’ line of aircraft.
We are also distributors and retailers of the well received ‘Check Your 6!’ aircraft miniatures rules, stocking the books, stands, magnets, etc. As of May 1, 2010, we’ve also purchased the line of 6/10/15 mm wargaming buildings and terrain features from George Nafziger – the Les Batiment line – which also contains the 6mm offerings formerly from Vac-U-Cast. Our own products, the Rolling Plains Terrain line of 6 and 15mm items will be online shortly also. Between the terrain lines, we have about 400 items available. Our background
Some time ago when my son started collecting wargaming miniatures we found that the hobby can become very expensive indeed! His main aim was, as with most gamers and collectors. To save his pocket money and amass the largest most powerful army possible. One main obstacle stood in his way - carry cases and their cost. As with many of his gaming pals he carried his figures around in shoe boxes and plastic bags. With kitchen roll and bits of bubble wrap to protect his models. (we have all seen this so often), well aware that carry cases were expensive. Hence the need for a durable, yet economic solution.
After many trials and much testing the KR Multicase was born. The outer case is made from the best material, heavy duty solid card. (not as some people suspect, cheap corrugated card) and as such is incredibly durable. The original KR Multicase has now grown into its own well supported range. Of trays and transport bags and wheeled cases. You can now choose from the original card cases. The Kaiser transport bags to carry them in, the handy backpack. Sally 4th is a new business designing and manufacturing precision laser cut kits for historical and fantasy gamers. We are initially focusing on castles and associated medieval and ancient buildings. I have been gaming for 3 decades now and have always been fascinated by castles. I've scratch-built a fair few, brought castle kits in resin, plaster and plastic, and even had a go myself 20 years ago manufacturing castle components in resin, but none of these were quiet right. I believe that precision cut mdf offers the perfect medium for this type of modeling and have finely come up with a product that I'm happy with.
Sally 4th's castle range are robustly constructed, very stable (I hate walls that fall over when my beautiful miniatures are balanced on top of them!), easy to assemble and paint and offers an expandable system. Our models are very detailed with an option for towers with interiors featuring spiral staircases. I am very excited by this project and have a to do list of around 40 additional castle pieces to add to the range, including ruined options, alternative crenellations and interior features such as chapels and stables.
